Princess Eugenie, true to her personal style, shocked the world with her exquisite but daring wedding gown when she married Jack Brooksbank at Windsor Castle in 2018. She ditched the traditional veil, instead opting for a simply styled updo and opulent tiara with green gems. Her gown was also designed by team Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos who are not from Britain, again ditching royal tradition. Her beautiful gown was one she had a very strong hand in designing as she had a very specific look in mind. It was executed to perfection by the design duo who also had a very special fabric made for the dress. The fabric took motifs that were drawn from important symbols to the family and incorporated them into the cloth. This makes for one very, very special dress which will be treasured.

Her marriage to Tommy Mottola was inspired by the royal wedding of Princess Diana and Prince Charles, including the dress. Vera Wang designed a grand ball-gown styled dress with off-the-shoulder puffed sleeves, a 10-foot veil and an incredibly heavy 27-foot long train! With her tiara and enormous bouquet she certainly pulled off one of the decades’ most iconic looks and it will be remembered for many years to come.
