Shock performer and artist Marylin Manson initially encountered the barely 18 years old Evan Rachel Wood and quickly began romancing her (in his own way). Manson happened to have a wife, however, burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese. They soon divorced, of course, and Manson and Wood continued their relationship. Wood was still very young at the time, and had not come into her own as an adult. By the time she did, things were over between her and Manson.

McDermott was wedded to Mary Jo Eustace when he became a part of the made-for-television film Mind Over Murder. It was on this movie’s set that McDermott met and began seeing Tori Spelling, his co-star. The two cheating actors would divorce their respective spouses, but that wouldn’t stop McDermott from cheating on Spelling at a later stage, a moment that Spelling saw the irony of. She stated on True Tori that karma is a very real force.
