‘The Midnight Gospel,’ an adult animated series that follows the protagonist as he conducts interviews with animals from other worlds, features Clancy, who is voiced by Duncan Trussell as the title character. As the Universe Simulator and as Clancy, Phil Hendrie and Duncan Trussell provide the series’ voice-overs. The interviews in orbit were based on podcast encounters from “The Duncan Trussell Family Hour,” which provided inspiration for the interviews on the International Space Station.
