Maybe they thought handicapped drivers have it too easy so we will give them a challenge, or maybe it is more of a somewhat disturbingly discriminatory hang-out spot for handicapped individuals to hang out (so that we can all recognize them), or maybe a spot to keep wheel-chaired individuals, prisoners … Or maybe this is simply one of the most uniquely epic fails we have seen yet!
