Pam Grier

Pam Grier really made a name for herself throughout the 1970s, starting with The Big Doll House in 1971 and The Bird Cage in 1972. The Big Doll House was actually filmed in the Philippines, where she contracted a deadly tropical disease, which took her nearly a year to recover from! Pam was also the first black woman to feature on the cover of MS Magazine in August 1975. She has made many movies since then, had a little break and made her comeback in 1997 when she landed the role of Jackie Brown in Quentin Tarantino’s blockbuster film of the same name. Pam was actually diagnosed with cancer in 1988 and given 18 months to live, she changed her lifestyle, and defied expectations and is still with us today and still acting!

Linda Gray

Linda Grey began her career in the 1960s doing television commercials until she landed the role of Sue Ewing on Dallas in 1978, which she stayed with until 1989, and which earned her numerous nominations for various awards in the industry. In 1991, she starred opposite Sylvester Stallone in Oscar, and has had a number of other roles since then. She also performs on stage in the West End in London.
