Michael Ironside Now
Michael Ironside, who was far senior than many of his Starship Troopers co-stars, was a well-known and successful actor before landing the part of Captain America. He can portray uncompromising heroes as well as wicked villains, proving his versatility as an actor. Seen in such films as X-Men: First Class, Total Recall, and Top Gun, he is one of Hollywood’s finest. He’s appeared in Sea Quest, The Flash, ER to name a few. He’s also a model. In my opinion, Ironside is one of the finest performers of his age and has been for a long time.
Marshall Bell As General Owen
Rico’s squad enters a tiny stronghold known as “Whiskey Outpost” during the Starship Troopers’ cast’s journey on the insect world at one point in the adventure. They arrive to discover the devastating fortress entirely devoid of human life, with the exception of the trembling General Owen, played by Marshall Bell, as the only survivor. This character offered some much-needed comedic relief in a film that was otherwise rather tough going, and his demise was one of the more amusing moments of the film overall. Bell did a fantastic job as the timid yet condescending general in the film.
