Freedom for Germany
Germany was longing for freedom from the dreaded Adolf Hitler, and this American Soldier gave the solace that freedom had come at last. He was seen removing a street sign connected to Adolf Hitler and replacing it with one that noted “Roosevelt Boulevard.” It was a symbol of America’s help in ridding the world of Hitler.

Johnny Cash – Album from Prison
Johnny Cash was jailed at one point in his life, but he didn’t let that get him down as he always performed for those in his hearing. Interestingly to note, the performances were recorded, turned into an album, and even became successful above many others who had their freedom.
