Gogea Mitu “Giant of Romania” – 7’9”
Probably the largest Romanian in history, Gogea was a boxer – and a good one! He won all of his bouts by knocking his opponents out cold. His strength was phenomenal. His fellow country-men stood in awe of this huge man and as a boxer, he was unbeatable. The man could punch you from more than a meter away and could easily close any gap in a split-second. He was only 26 years old when someone murdered him!

Gursimran “Sim” Bhullar – 7’5”
This player was the first from Indiana to be drafted into the NBA. He stood so tall that he dwarfed his teammates. In 2014 he was playing for the Sacramento Kings and proved himself to be a talented and skilled operator. Sim defected to the Reno Bighorns later that year. His height was probably genetic as his mom and dad were both very tall. Being this rangy did not hurt his basketball career at all.
