Maria Sharapova – 6’2”
Seeing Maria on the court on the T.V does not allow you to see just how tall she really is. She comes from Russia but emigrated to the U.S whilst still a child. Her fans have seen her suffer many injuries over the years followed by numerous returns to the court where she has performed better than ever. She started her journey to fame by working out a lot and has always been a great contender in the WTA tour. She is still going strong.

Emmanuel “Tiny” Yarbrough – 6’7”
The nickname that this athlete has is more than a little sarcastic. He weighs 828 lbs. This enabled him to take up sumo wrestling and got him in the Guinness World Records as the world’s largest athlete. It is as if he was born to be a sumo wrestler. He did try other disciplines before that like Judo and other martial arts in which he excelled, earning a brown belt in Judo and a silver medal when he competed in the US Nationals.
