John Prosky played the character of Jon Barrow in JAG, and later went on to perform in HBO’s True Blood as David Finch, as well as in Medium where he played Tom Van Dyke, and in Shonda Rhimes’ award-winning show Scandal where he played the character of Senator Gibson.
