Flint currently has over 20,000 abandoned properties, high crime and violence rates as well as extreme opioid overuse. If you can imagine a post-apocalypse movie, Flint would be the perfect setting. With undrinkable water, murderously rampant gangs and domestic violence, and a large sector of its population bombed out on drugs, this is one of the most terrible places to live in America.
