Adele is a top-charting artist in many countries and has sold over 120 million records worldwide. She has lost 100 pounds and completely transformed herself as a result. According to “Prevention,” Adele exercised three times a week after her divorce in 2021, and she also reportedly followed the Sirtfood regimen.

Actor Christopher Atkins became a major swoon-worthy after his 1980s debut on The Blue Lagoon. Atkins, now in his 60s, is barely recognisable in television roles despite having appeared on shows like Dallas, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and The Eleventh. Age hasn’t treated him well, that’s for sure. Atkins had Grant and Brittney during his 22 years of marriage to Lyn Barron. We can assume he is still quite busy, what with being a grandfather and all. After all, he continues to work in motion pictures.
