Nehemiah Persoff
Nehemiah Persoff may no longer be actively involved in the arts, but his achievements in both painting and acting are a testament to his talent. Persoff had a successful 53-year acting career, during which he appeared in at least 200 plays, TV series, and films, such as “The Twilight Zone,” “Yentl,” and “The Big Valley,” before retiring to pursue his passion for the arts full-time in 1999. He achieved widespread acclaim and prominence as an accomplished watercolorist. Persoff, who looks decades older than he actually is, is enjoying retirement with his wife Thia.
Victoria Principal
After a near-fatal accident derailed Victoria Principal’s plans to become a doctor, she turned to acting instead. She made $350 million as an actress, which is a lot more than she would have made as a doctor, so maybe it was for the best that she didn’t pursue medicine instead. Principal’s portrayal of Pamela Barnes Ewing in “Dallas” is widely considered her finest acting achievement. Despite having spent over three decades filming episodes of the show, she appears to have aged very little. Her anti-aging skincare line, “Principal Secret,” may not have completely eliminated her wrinkles, but it certainly seems to have helped.
