Aaron Hicks is the centerfielder for the New York Yankees and two years ago Hicks had season-ending Tommy John surgery in the playoffs. With the pandemic delaying the start of the season, Hicks was able to return in a limited capacity late on in the year. Taking the center field for the New York Yankees, Aaron Hicks is a legend but unfortunately had to have a season-ending surgery during the 2020 playoffs. Luckily, due to the limiting of ticket sales and delays due to the ongoing pandemic, Hicks returned in 2021 for a late start. His wife Cheyenne Woods is an LPGA golfer, and the niece of Tiger Woods. That’s right, this is a family of sporting all-stars to be sure.

Chelsea Goff & Freddie Freeman
Chelsea Freeman might not be a nurse, but she had to act as one for Freddie Freeman when he was struck with COVID-19. The Dodgers hitter recovered well enough, but it was no doubt a tense time for the Freeman clan. Not only did he beat the disease, but he also beat all of the competition to take the title of NL MVP in the 2020 MLB Season. Chelsea and Freddie were married in 2014.
