Nadya Suleman (Octomom) – $1 million
Nadya Suleman, coined Octomom by the media, gave birth in 2009 to only the second set of surviving octuplets in the US. She got a lot of media attention, a lot of it quite negative, and when all the fuss toned down, she found herself in nearly $1 million in debt and declared bankruptcy. Since then, she has had many ups and downs but it seems to be working out eventually.
Robin Williams – $130m
Before his tragic death, beloved actor Robin Williams had reached financial success, setting his net worth at an estimated $130 million (and that’s after going through two divorce settlements!). Allegedly he had been nearing bankruptcy at the time of his death, but he made sure to set up a trust fund for his kids worth $130 million. We really hope that they make the most out of this immense fortune.
Rachael Ray – $60m-$80m
Multi-talented Rachael Ray seems to be successful at whatever she sets her sights on. She is a businesswoman, a cook, an author, a television personality, and a philanthropist. Racheal is actually the person behind the ’30-Minute-Meals’ concept, she taught courses about it, which is what led her to getting television show offers, as well as publishing her own cookbooks. She has even tried her hand at acting! What can’t Rachel do?
