For better and for worse, Jake Locker (see image) is one of the most prominent NFL draft picks in this century that Washington has delivered. The quarterback was chosen by the Tennessee Titans with the eighth overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft, however, it didn’t work out. The Titans’ pick is viewed as one of the greatest draft-day mistakes of the 2010s.
