September 28, 1955 – World Series Game 1. Jackie Robinson, the second baseman for the Brooklyn Dodgers, snatches the New York Yankees’ home during the 1995 World Series’ Game 1’s eighth inning. Although Robinson had managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat with his take, his team would sadly not take the victory with a final score of 6-5. That being said, Robinson would be vindicated when they would top the Series seven games later.

March 7, 1997 – Pacers at Bulls. Dennis Rodman, power forward for the Chicago Bulls, redefines gravity as he soars horizontally through the air to recover a lost ball while the Pacers and Bulls teammates watch on from a distance. The crowd at Chicago, Illinois’ United Center cannot believe their eyes as Rodman claims his rebounding title for the sixth time throughout the season between 1996 and 1997. This ended with a rebound average of 16.1 per match.
