16. The Princess Diaries – “Not You, I Don’t Even Know You!”
The Princess Diaries was a 2000 classic that featured the likes of starring actresses Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway. However, we have to give credit to Heather Matarazzo, as she was amazing in the film. Garry Marshall (now deceased) was one director who left the atmosphere open for actors to improvise and feel super comfortable with it. Speaking about the late director, actress Anne Hathaway noted that was one of the things about MArshall that many people loved, and once the improv was good, it would be a part of the film. The line came from the team wanting to create a fun and memorable movie.
15. Boy Meets World – “Fe-He-He-He-Heeny.”
This was a classic sitcom of the 90s and having some memorable moments was a major factor to consider when making movies. The show has some great highlights, including the relationship between Will Friedle’s character Eric, and William Daniels’ character, MR. Feeny, who was a teacher and also Eric’s neighbor. One thing people will forever remember from the film was the famous “Mr. Feeny call,” where Eric would funnily call the teacher. In an interview with Cosplay & Coffee, Friedle admitted that the line was totally unscripted.
