Still not having seen the inside of the home, Gladys and Carla were now steadily considering a fixer-upper team to come and clean the house, bringing it up to standard. Joyce is still hesitant at this point. Still not ready? Say what? We have to commend the professional ladies for maintaining an appropriate level of calm throughout these frustrating negotiations. More temperamental realtors would have snapped by now, we are sure.

The Spizzirri sisters were feeling rather disconcerted by Joyce’s reluctance to sell her home. Yes, she had been living there for 7 decades and claims she has meaning to sell it. But something was not tied up, something was fishy. The sisters could not help but agree that Joyce was hiding pressing information from them. Setting aside the fact of “It’s time to move on”, something was still not right.
