Professionals for plenty of years, ruling their little kingdom of real estate, these siblings were certain they had seen it all. They had managed their way through even the most impossible of tasks and jobs, jobs which would’ve turned other realtors away ages ago. Before approaching the job and entering the home in question, Gladys and Carla were already brainstorming the most bizarre and obscure situations and ideas they could possibly think up. As expected, Carla was at the office when the call from Joyce came through. The elderly lady seemed rather ambivalent to put her sale forward but seemed like she had no other option. Carla saw this as a regular customer and a regular sale – each sale represents money at the end of the day. When Joyce mentioned her age, Carla thought she had it all figured out as to why the sale could’ve landed on her lap, although they were not used to receiving luxury home listings – they were few and far between.
