JIMMY CARTER, 96 YEARS OLD
Jimmy Carter is our second nonagenarian (a category dedicated only to those who are between 90 and 99 years old!) former President of the United States of America. Carter was the 39th President, and perhaps his greatest accomplishment was in foreign policy, remains an outspoken advocate of human rights till today. This kind of lifelong dedication to human rights is commendable, and when Carter eventually retires, he will be honored by the entire world.
SALLY STRUTHERS, 73 YEARS OLD
Sally Struthers made a name for herself when she starred in the hit television series All in the Family as Gloria Stivic. Now at the age of 73, she is still an active participant in the entertainment industry, performing in theatre, television, and film. Sally Struthers is also considerably active in the charity sphere, as a spokesperson for The Child Fund, and for the International Correspondence Schools, which aid impoverished children around the world.
