This guy must have lost a huge bet and he is now here to suffer the consequences. As far as punishments go, it’s not too bad. After all, he does get to spend some time at the pool. However, we’re sure parents did not appreciate it as much he did! This man is not ashamed to admit that he is a public menace, going from one pubic pool and resort to another spreading his taint.
