Numerous times a day Kacy would find her dog outside staring through the window of her neighbor’s house. The pooch resisted all efforts to get them to move, including a promise of a walk. Kacy, priding herself on being a great pet owner, could not understand why her efforts all proved futile to drag the dog away.
