Rue McClanahan As The Biology Teacher
Rue McClanahan was a renowned actress who portrayed “The Biology Teacher,” a faceless but popular figure. McClanahan was a well-known actress in the 1970s and 1980s; younger viewers may not remember her. At the beginning of the film, McClanahan’s sequence set the tone for the gore that would follow as her pupils, including Rico, conducted experiments on grizzled animals. McClanahan’s involvement in the film was little, but it was a delight for those who like classic Hollywood.
