Colonel Bootney was played by Patrick St. Esprit and has since featured in quite a number of television shows. You may have seen him in Sons of Anarchy, or HBO’s Ballers, or you may have also seen him in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, or in The Fate of the Furious, and even more recently, you might have caught him in Netflix’s show Narcos.

John Prosky
John Prosky played the character of Jon Barrow in JAG, and later went on to perform in HBO’s True Blood as David Finch, as well as in Medium where he played Tom Van Dyke, and in Shonda Rhimes’ award-winning show Scandal where he played the character of Senator Gibson.
