The villa, in Calistoga, was in a land of 500 acres and had the cost of a whopping $35million. Joe Montana lived in the villa with his partner for quite some time before selling it off. He then moved to a condo in San Francisco Marina District, the same area of his Villa. The condo is worth $2.3 million.

James Harrison, a legendary player of NFL also purchased a mansion by Shadyside worth $1.8 million. The property witnessed some great times with ample parties and entertainment.
