Sharona Alperin
Sharona Alperin is the inspiration for the hit song My Sharona released by Doug Fieger. The song was inspired by Doug’s almost obsessive infatuation with Alperin, something that he made theatrically public. Nowadays she is a very successful realtor in Los Angeles. If we had one of the most famous songs ever written dedicated to us, and probably enjoyed much of its successes’ royalties, we would probably just sit around all day.
