24. Star Wars: Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back – “I Know.”

This chapter in the series had some highlights, especially having the best romantic scenes one can ever imagine – between Harrison Ford’s Han Solo and Carrie Fisher’s Leia Organa. Interestingly, the scene could have gone way different if Ford had gone with the original script. The script should be about Leia telling Han she loves him but couldn’t find the courage to tell him with Han making his response to “I Know.” Han told the director he couldn’t use the original line because it didn’t fit his character.

23. Goodfellas – “Funny How?”

Interestingly, this line in the 1990 mobster film was iconic as it was inspired by a real-life encounter Joe Pesci experienced in real life as a waiter. The scenario involved Pesci trying to compliment a patron by calling him “funny.” It somehow fit into the movie, and the director decided to work with it and watch the flow. The line wasn’t a part of the script, but the way the actor blended it in didn’t seem weird, so no one would know unless it was revealed.
