Despite the Spizzirri sisters’ atrocious and bizarre assumptions, they were now more adamant than ever to get the house fixed up and sold, based on the location alone. The hunt for suitable buyers would not be tough, and with some work and TLC, the house would be liveable again. Had the sisters found a golden goose, that they could not let slip through their fingers? Or would this become the job that would finally bring them to their knees?

The agents knew very well that before they could make their next move, they would need to see the inside of the house. Gladys and Carla have at this point confirmed and located the house, going by the address they were provided, as well as photos of the exterior they were given. Persistence is key, they say? After some tenacious nagging, Joyce finally allowed the sisters a visit into her abode.
