Joyce’s home immediately became a prime real estate thanks to the incredibly detailed interior. However, Gladys and Carla would still need to conduct a thorough investigation. The home required absolutely no work, which was great for the realtors who were expecting a large initial expense before being able to sell the property. It seemed like the possibility of a fabled golden goose had come to be for the realtor sisters!
