Phoebe Cates
Phoebe Cates had quite a number of roles during the 1980s, in films like Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and Gremlins, to name but a few. She decided to retire from acting in 1991, but had a little comeback in 2001, when as a favor to her best friend she agreed to a role in The Anniversary Party. We really hope that she does more ‘favors’ for friends, and appears on our screens more often, as we think that this is a sorely underrated actress with so much to offer.

Ali MacGraw has worked on quite a number of films, but one of the roles we will remember her best for is for her performance in the 1970s classic Love Story, opposite Ryan O’Neal. It is one of the best romantic films ever made. If you want to cry your eyes out for the rest of the day, give the iconic testament to love a watch! MacGraw was also included in the list of 50 Most Beautiful People in People’s Magazine.
