Here she played a woman put back together again after a terrible accident as a cyborg with futuristic technology. Althugh this show is quite dated by now, it set the precedent for many sci-fi masterpieces of the future. She was recently cast as Alex’s mom in the hit TV series Grey’s Anatomy.

Catherine Bach is best known for her role in The Dukes of Hazzard, where she really caught the public’s eye, particularly as she made the “daisy duke look” so popular. Fans of The Dukes of Hazzard were sorely disappointed with the early 2000s remake of the iconic franchise, with Jessica Simpson failing to capture Bach’s charm and charisma. Today she is starring on the popular soap opera The Young and the Restless.
