Rainbow Trout
January 22, 2001 – Anchorage. We now take a quick and fishy break from our human athletic achievements. A rainbow trout peers out of a northern pike’s mouth after it was swallowed whole. This interesting scene is held at the Anchorage Alaska Department of Fish & Game exhibit within one of its lobby aquariums. The Anchorage Alaska Department of Fish & Game used this natural display to highlight the overly large population of the northern parts’ pike.

June 17, 2000 – College World Series. This riotous celebration erupted after the victorious run was landed by Ryan Theriot, who immediately took off his helmet and hurtled it into the air during the fantastic conclusion of the 2000 College World Series. They had a superb cause to celebrate, as they had managed to tear back from a three-run shortage to rock the Omaha Rosenblatt Stadium with an unexpected 6-5 victory in the Stanford Cardinal cup.
