Ben Johnson
September 24, 1988 – Summer Olympics. Ben Johnson inches forward as he begins his pull ahead of the rest of the runners during the 1988 Summer Olympics during the 100-meter dash that took place in Seoul, South Korea. This would be Johnson’s world record-breaking run that would also nab him a gold medal. Johnson had plenty of illegal help getting these wins, however, only holding on to his titles for three days when steroids were discovered in his system.

January 4, 2006 – Rose Bowl. Vince Young, the Texan quarterback, is doused in confetti as he hoots with jubilation. USC was dethroned by the Longhorns with a 41-38 national championship win. A combination of 200 yards run and 267 yards thrown would be topped off with a touchdown that would secure the Longhorns’ victory. Young was rightfully put on a podium for his performance, even if the man behind him doesn’t seem too impressed with him.
